Alan,

That really isn't a big deal. I am not sure of how TWiT did it, but I bet they have a long lease. Also there are laws against raising rent against a corporation or, much easier, that company wrote it into the lease. Those types of things were put in place for companies that can't move because of the infrastructure that they put in, i.e. TWiT.

On top of all of that, Lisa (TWiT's CEO) came from a background of real-estate, it would really surprise me if TWiT had to move in the future because they were forced out, be it because rent got hiked or their lease was up.
