I have the same problem with the video not showing up on my iOS devices. Tapping the link takes me to youtube's own mobile site, which works fine. I've seen it on other sites too recently, not just Squarespace hosted sites. I think engadget as well, for instance. All I can think of is that youtube is serving broken code.
